How to make an appointment?
If you would like to schedule an appointment in Dublin, Limerick or Cork, please call and speak to Kathleen, the secretary on 01 8211796 between 12 and 3 pm, Monday to Friday.
What to bring?
A hard copy of relevant professional reports including school reports and details of specific care needs.
It’s helpful if both parents can attend but not essential
Medical Centre, Unit 3,Main St, Blanchardstown Village, Dublin 15
(Beside Lloyds Pharmacy and approx across the road from Superquinn)
Parking is free on the main street and there is a pay and display car park at the back of the clinic.
Directions from the M50
Take the Blanchardstown exit, M3, on the M50 Direction Cavan,
Follow the signs for Blancharstown Village approx 5 minutes drive from the M50 on the left you will see a sign the Blancharstown Village, follow this sign
This takes you onto the Navan Road, follow the street along until it turns into Main Street
The clinic is on right hand side of the main street just after Mill Road.
Stop just before Superquinn on the left and Lloyds Pharmacy on the right hand side
The clinic is beside Lloyds Pharmacy and parking is free in the main street
There is a pay and display car park at the back of the clinic
When do I get the report?
Reports are usually available in a week
My reports are normally accepted in the courts
